Terms for ACURIL 2026.
These interim conditions cover the connected conference registration and submission experience.
ACURIL must approve the full public conference terms before payment collection and final launch.
Registration status
Submitting the registration form creates a pending record in the conference backadmin. A registration is not confirmed until the conference team or configured payment provider marks it confirmed. Contact and invitation requests are requests for review and do not guarantee a particular response or document.
Conference information
Dates, prices, program information, speakers, sponsors, venue details, and travel guidance may change. Administrators control the currently published information through backadmin.
Before final public launch
ACURIL must approve eligibility and pricing rules, payment terms, taxes and invoices, cancellation and refund rules, substitutions and transfers, program changes, attendee conduct, accessibility, photography and recording, intellectual property, liability, force majeure, governing law, and contact procedures.
