Entry requirements

Puerto Rico follows United States entry rules. International travelers need a valid passport and, where applicable, a U.S. visa or Visa Waiver Program authorization.

Airport & transfers

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is approximately seven miles from the venue. Authorized taxis generally cost US$25–30. Ride-hailing estimates range from US$20–28 depending on demand.

Public transportation

Airport bus routes include T5 and D53 for Isla Verde, Condado, Old San Juan, and the conference area. Bus service is not available at night.

Health & coverage

Travel or medical insurance covering emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation is recommended. Specific vaccination certificates are generally not required unless arriving from a yellow-fever risk region.
