Privacy Policy
Clear about what happens to your information.
Registration, contact, and invitation requests are securely transmitted to the protected conference backadmin.
ACURIL must review and approve this interim notice before the final public launch.
Information currently collected
Registration collects attendee identity, professional details, contact information, dietary and accessibility requirements, policy consent, selected pass, and payment preference. Contact and invitation-letter forms collect the information shown in each form.
Submissions are stored in the ACURIL conference database for authorized administrators to review and fulfill. Payment-card details are not collected by these forms and must only be handled by the configured payment provider.
The newsletter form opens ACURIL's existing external mailing-list service, whose own privacy practices apply when you continue there.
Before final public launch
ACURIL must approve the responsible organization, purposes and lawful basis, service providers, cookies, retention periods, individual rights, security practices, international transfers, children's privacy, policy updates, and privacy contact.
Do not submit highly sensitive information that a form does not request.
